I will guide you using a focus and words, allowing you to create your own expressive movement experience. The movement artistry you create comes from your body moving, listening to the music, and tapping into Joy!

During the class:

- At all times, you’re in charge of how much or how little you do.

- Feel free to stop and enter into stillness at any time.

- For safety, go to the outside of the room if you want to move slowly or go into stillness. Go to the center if you want to move more quickly.
